Patient Care Advisor – Worcester Chiropractic Clinic, Part-time, Weds/Thurs, £12.75 per hour.
We run two busy chiropractic clinics and we’re looking for someone special to be the heart of the front of house at our Worcester practice.
This is not a traditional reception job, and we’d rather you didn’t apply thinking it is. Yes, you’ll welcome people and keep the front of house running. But the real work is people. You’ll be the first person a new patient meets and the one who makes them feel completely looked after from the moment they walk in. Then, once they’ve seen a chiropractor and had their recommendation, you’ll be the one who helps them understand it and feel confident committing to the course of care that will get them well.
That second part is the heart of the job. A patient who commits to their full plan gets a far better result than one who books once and drifts away. Helping people say a confident yes to their own health, warmly and without any pressure, is what this role is really about. If guiding someone to a decision is something you enjoy and are good at, you’ll love it. If that idea makes you uncomfortable, this honestly isn’t the role for you.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is brilliant with people and genuinely warm, the sort who makes everyone feel welcome
- Is confident and naturally persuasive in a caring, honest way, and happy to help someone commit to a decision
- Lives and breathes health and wellbeing in their own life, because the right person for this actually believes in what we do
- Is organised enough to keep a busy front of house flowing
The hours of the role are 13:30 – 20:00 on Wednesdays and 08:30 – 18:00 on Thursdays. We value the flexibility to cover when other team members are on holiday.
Clinical reception experience is genuinely not required, and won’t get you to the top of the pile on its own. We’d love to hear from people who have shone on a premium gym front desk, in hospitality, in retail, or in beauty and aesthetics. Anywhere you’ve looked after people and helped them choose something that’s good for them.
