About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing PTA to join our therapist-owned practice. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who wants to grow with a practice.
Compensation & Dual-Rate Structure
We utilize a transparent pay model that ensures you are compensated for every hour of your 8-hour shift, including traffic and administrative time.
- Clinical Treatment Rate: $50.00/hour (Direct 1:1 patient care).
- Travel & Admin Rate: $21.00/hour (Paid for all commute time and documentation).
- Mileage: $0.725 per mile (2026 IRS rate—reimbursed tax-free).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality treatments for a caseload of 6–7 patients per day.
- Collaborate with the supervising PT to progress patients toward their functional goals.
Qualifications
- Current California PTA License.
- Reliable vehicle and active CA auto insurance.
- BLS Certification
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
