What You’ll Do
- Operate loaders safely and efficiently in an active aggregate mining environment
- Load customer and company trucks accurately and efficiently
- Manage stockpiles and move materials to support production needs
- Feed crushers, screens, and other processing equipment to maintain production flow
- Perform pre-shift and routine equipment inspections
- Report maintenance and repair needs promptly
- Monitor material quality and identify contamination or product inconsistencies
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and MSHA requirements
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, truck drivers, equipment operators, and team members
- Assist with general site operations as needed
What You Need
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in company testing programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain required MSHA training
- Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to work safely around heavy equipment, truck traffic, and industrial operations
Preferred:
- Aggregate mining, excavation, construction, or industrial experience
- Experience loading trucks and managing stockpiles
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance knowledge

Work Environment
- Active aggregate mining and production operations
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, and truck traffic
- Frequent climbing in and out of equipment
- Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds
- Required use of PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, high-visibility apparel, gloves, and steel-toe boots
