You will be a high-agency generalist responsible for building and scaling a vibrant founder community. By owning events, content, and network expansion, you will bridge the gap between investment strategy and portfolio support. This role is ideal for an ex-founder or founder’s associate ready to define the firm's platform operations.

What You Will Do
- Design and execute high-impact founder community initiatives including dinners, salons, and industry meetups.
- Work closely with the investment team to identify and build relationships with founders who fit the firm's portfolio profile.
- Support internal operations and the platform team’s tooling to ensure seamless communication and process efficiency.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses "founder DNA" as a previous builder, early startup hire, or high-performing founder's associate / chief of staff.
- Demonstrates a proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, undefined environments where outcomes matter more than set processes.
- Deeply understands the startup ecosystem with a genuine passion for supporting founders at the earliest stages of their journey.
