We are looking for two people to join our fantastic team at Planet Kidz.

Planet Kidz is a children’s entertainment centre in Redcar. This is an excellent opportunity to join our prestigious team. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a child focused environment then this could be for you. There is great variety in the post with training given in all areas. You will be hands on and one day is never the same as another. From manning reception to delivering play sessions/parties all in a days work.
Hours: including weekends and school holidays and will include term time hours. Please keep this in mind before applying.
Salary: negotiable depending on experience
Summary of position: Play Centre Team Members are responsible for assisting in all areas of the play centre. A PCTM may have a mixture of duties in any day and are expected to cover and move between each of the areas.
Primary Responsibilities: Cleaning – Every member of staff has responsibilities for ensuring a high level of cleanliness at all times throughout the whole of Planet Kidz including toilets.
Soft Play Assistant – Supervision of play frame and providing general help for children who may require additional assistance or indeed be unsure of play frame.
Reception/Customer Service – Providing a high level of customer service to all customers entering and exiting the play area. Taking payment and keeping an accurate record of children entering/exiting Planet Kidz. Ensuring all adult and children are made aware of the ‘rules of play’ and safety issues entering play area.
