Are you currently looking climb the ladder? We have a very exciting opportunity to become part of our well qualified and established leadership team.
We are seeking for an experienced Level 3 practitioner to join us to manage our Pre-school room as Pre-School room leader.
We would ideally like the candiate to start in April 2026
*Pay will depend on your experience.*
OFSTED graded "GOOD"-JUNE 2024
Here is a glimpse of what your role will include:
- To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Nursery
- To give support to other personnel within the nursery
- To implement the daily routine
Reports to: Nursery Manager / Deputy Manager
Main Duties
1. Overall responsible for planning sheets and record keeping of all the staff in designated room
2. Ensure routines are being followed and room is run smoothly
3. Ensure new decisions are taken on board and maintained in the room at all times
4. Ensure all staff in the room has all information
5. Ensure that all relevant handovers happen between rooms
6. Ensuring that all policies and procedures are being followed by all staff
7. Understand all policies and procedures of the nursery and being able to answer relevant questions from parents/carers/outside agencies (i.e., OFSTED)
8. Manage staff effectively, ensuring ratios are maintained throughout the setting
