Summary
We are seeking a Procurement & Logistics Manager to join our team. This vital role involves overseeing procurement processes and managing logistics operations to ensure the seamless delivery of our services, aligning with our mission to provide exceptional adaptation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accurate and timely ordering of materials in line with business requirements and project demand
- Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimise supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and demand patterns to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Ensure continuity of supply by maintaining awareness of availability and lead times.
- Identify and escalate any supply issues, delays or risks impacting operations.
- Hold overall responsibility for warehouse performance, accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide direction and oversight to the Warehouse Operative responsile for daily activities.
- Supervise and coordinate delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Oversee delivery fleet maintenance, servicing and scheduling to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance.
- Lead Health & Safety audits and risk assessments across the warehouse and fleet operations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement and logistics management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and improve supply chain processes.
- Experience bathroom adaptaion industries is a plus.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
