Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring full-time General Production Team Members for our client in Marysville, OH.
Position Details:
– Pay Rate: $18.00 – $18.50 per hour
– Sign-on Bonus: $150 after completing 80 hours
– Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts available
– Location: Marysville, OH
Primary Responsibilities:
– Drive new automobiles through repair and shipping processes.
– Apply protective shipping wrap and grounding strips.
– Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations.
– Assemble, sort, inspect, and package parts using hand tools and equipment.
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements:
– Valid Driver’s License and the ability to drive a manual transmission.
– Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 12 hours on concrete floors.
– Capability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
– Strong hand-eye coordination for repetitive fine motor tasks.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
Pay: $18.00 – $18.50 per hour
