We are supporting a leading UK organisation on a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple strategic projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile programme, working with a wide range of senior stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives that will have a significant organisational impact.
The Role
You will take ownership of several concurrent projects, driving delivery from initiation through to completion while ensuring alignment with the wider programme objectives.
Working closely with programme leadership and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies and deliverables are clearly defined.
- Establish effective project governance and ways of working across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including RACI matrices and delivery plans.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation where required.
- Provide regular project status updates to programme leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making through clear reporting and effective governance processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within life sciences, healthcare, research, public sector or other highly regulated environments.
- A strong background in managing enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Strong planning, governance, risk and dependency management capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Professional Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

- Contract Type: Outside IR35
- Rate: Up to £500 per day
- Location: Remote working with occasional travel to London
