Rise Homes is an award-winning Build to Rent operator with a Head Office based in Stockport. We offer our residents spacious, sustainable and well-managed accommodation at market rents. Our focus is delivering an exceptional and connected resident experience in the Build to Rent sector, whilst providing returns for stakeholders.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Property Administrator to join our growing Build to Rent (BTR) team. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this is a varied role supporting the day-to-day operations with responsibilities across reception, lettings administration, and property management support.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Customer Service
- Act as the first point of contact for residents and prospective tenants.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage shared inboxes, responding to queries promptly and escalating where appropriate.
- Assist with welcoming visitors and maintain a professional front-of-house environment.
- Handle resident enquiries and assist with day-to-day customer service issues.
Lettings Administration
- Support the lettings team with applicant enquiries, viewing bookings (coordinating diaries), and tenancy administration.
- Help Property Managers to coordinate referencing, right-to-rent checks, and move-in paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records on the property management/CRM system.
- Assist with marketing administration and listing updates where required.
Property Management Administration
- Provide administrative support to the property management team.
- Assist with compliance administration and resident communications.

Essential skills and experience
- Previous administrative or reception experience, ideally within property, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and property management/CRM systems.
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Desirable
- Experience in lettings, property management, or Build to Rent operations.
- Knowledge of UK tenancy administration processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing shared inboxes.

Location: Stockport
Hours: 30-35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, some flexibility on hours to suit right candidate).
Salary: £26,000 to £29,000 full-time 35 hours (subject to experience) plus discretionary annual bonus.
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
