Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Kensington. The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, acting as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Daily tasks include coordinating maintenance and repairs, arranging inspections, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring properties are presented to a high standard. The role also involves monitoring rent collections, following up on arrears, updating property records and systems, and preparing basic reports for owners. The Property Manager will help ensure compliance with relevant regulations, support lettings and renewals processes, and contribute to delivering professional, responsive service to all clients.
Qualifications
- Strong property management capabilities, including coordinating maintenance, handling tenant and landlord queries, and managing multiple properties efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with a diverse, international client base.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and follow-up.
- Comfort with property management software, general office applications, and basic reporting or data entry tasks.
- Knowledge of residential lettings and property regulations in London or willingness to learn quickly, with a focus on compliance and risk awareness.
- Ability to work on-site independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Previous experience in property management, estate agency, or a related real estate role is highly beneficial.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ARLA, property management or real estate certification) are an advantage but not mandatory.
