Role Responsibilities
- Provide expert input on commercial real estate concepts, feasibility studies, and property valuations for AI model development.
- Review and analyze commercial lease agreements and contribute to the creation of realistic property management scenarios.
- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to evaluate property management best practices and industry standards.
- Deliver clear, detailed written explanations of commercial real estate transactions and market trends for data training purposes.
- Identify nuances in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting commercial real estate across US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
- Participate in iterative feedback cycles, ensuring the highest accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
Requirements
- Have 5- of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of feasibility studies, lease agreements, and property management strategies.
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Have a strong ability to convey complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely.
- Be familiar with market analysis and commercial property appraisals.
- Have experience working with diverse teams, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism in a remote setting.
