Position(s) are for Full Time Only (5 shifts, averaging 8 hours / 40 hours a week), and is Not for those seeking Part Time, as needed or on-call only availability. Shifts are 11:30 pm to 07:30 am, with initial training conducted during business hours.
Weekend and Holiday Availability is Required.

Anlance Protection Ltd. is currently looking for candidates to join our team. These positions are entry level, no experience needed. Shifts that are being looked at to be filled at this time primarily consist of Overnights. (See Pre-Screen Questions), start times are based on scheduling needs and assignments. Shifts are based on an approximate eight-hour shift for ending times. Scheduled days off will be during the week, and WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED. Agents have the ability to move to other shifts based on availability and time of service. Several training elements will be scheduled during business hours.
Positions Start at $20.00 per hour, during the probationary position. Probationary Agents are Unarmed. After completing probation pay is increased to a minimum of $21.00 per hour with step increases based on performance reviews up to $23.00 per hour, with several promotable positions up to $25.00, per hour. Anlance also offers; (at full wages) company paid, certified training courses upon completion of probationary period.
Anlance Protection Ltd. has been serving Northern Colorado for over thirty years, with a wide range of clientele from governmental, business and private citizens. Patrol Operation operates 24/7 providing a safe environment for our clients by physical checks of properties, alarm/call response and escort services. Patrol Agents use a combination of vehicle and foot patrols to ensure that sites are free of hazards, unauthorized individuals and provide a highly visible presence for deterrence of unwanted activities.
These positions are full-time opportunities for our ever-expanding patrol operations which is based out of Fort Collins. Employees start and return from this location. Patrol operations cover a wide range of site types in and around the communities of Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor.
Candidates must be able to supply a copy of their Colorado Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and a copy of the Internet Criminal History Check (ICHC) for consideration, at cost of applicant. Any felonies and serious misdemeanors will be grounds for removal from the hiring process. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, and serious traffic offenses or frequency of offenses will be grounds for removal from the hiring process due to restrictions set by insurance carriers. A subsequent Complete Background Checks will be conducted by the Company; any discrepancies, omissions or additional negative information discovered will result in the removal from the process.
All positions are subject to drug testing; this employer follows federal laws regarding marijuana.
This position is a vehicle-based patrol operation, still candidates should expect; to walk long periods during a shift to complete needed tasks at client sites, walk multiple floors of stairs, periods of standing for long periods of time, and/or bike patrol (seasonal) operations where applicable.
Some selection and training elements will be scheduled during regular business hours.
