We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Packaging Compliance Officer to join our quality compliance team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth introduction of new packaging componentry ensuring it is compliant with all applicable standards and regulations. As well as new packaging, the role is also responsible for ensuring the continueing complaince of existing packaging and all associated documentation.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about maintaining high standards of product safety and compliance within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role involves rigorous analysis, and close collaboration with externakl suppliers as well as our internal key stakeholders to uphold the integrity of our packaging.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation of documents for approval of packaging componentary followed by formal control of issue
- Support in the process of periodic reviews of all packaging componentary documentation
- Create, support and complete any Change Management requests and actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements that enhance quality assurance measures.
- Assist in the development and review of packaging specifications and procedures.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Experience
- Proven experience in simolar quality role having ideally gained expereince and be familiar with BRCGS standards.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Knowledge of packing materials relating manufactured product compliance for food products.
- Familiarity with industry standards related to packaging compliance and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of independence when required. Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
