Children’s Qualified Residential Support Worker Melksham

65 per sleep in
You’ll be joining a caring residential team, offering day to day support, emotional reassurance, and positive role modelling to young people who need it most.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating a homely, safe environment where young people feel valued
- Supporting daily routines, school prep, healthy meals, and life skills
- Encouraging hobbies, friendships, and confidence building activities
- Being a consistent, trusted adult who listens and understands
- Working closely with staff and professionals to ensure the best outcomes
You’ll need:
- Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or similar)
- UK driving licence
- A calm, compassionate approach
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships
- A genuine commitment to supporting looked after children
You’ll receive:
- 15.75 hourly rate
- 65 per sleep in
- Flexible, ongoing agency shifts
- A supportive team who stay in regular contact
