Overview
To learn all aspects of the SHEQ department roles and become an integral part of the team.
Training and Development
- Measurement and analysis of products during production.
- Investigating quality issues within production and warehousing and issues raised by customers.
- Auditing of management systems, product quality, safety, environment, and energy.
- Investigating accidents, near misses and hazards.
- Developing Standard Operation Procedures for Quality related tasks.
- Developing and communicating Quality Alerts where issues have been identified.
- Understanding ISO management systems.
- NVQ training in Business Improvement Techniques, Quality, Health and Safety and Environment.
Key Performance Measures
- Completion of 3 year development plan.
Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
- Good numeracy and literacy
Ideal Competencies
- GCSE or A level in Mathematics, IT and English
