Purpose of the role:

To provide comprehensive administrative support to EIRL, ensuring efficient coordination of service entries in SAP, accurate record-keeping, and high-quality front-of-house services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoice approval processes using Adobe EchoSign, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Submit service entries in SAP for approved invoices, ensuring correct coding and compliance
  • Maintain and track all invoices using Excel, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records
  • Provide Front of House support, including managing visitor arrivals and operating the switchboard
  • Coordinate and manage travel booking requests for assigned Eni departments
  • Identify and promote opportunities for continuous process improvement
  • Support the team by handling additional reasonable administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure full compliance with the Eni Code of Ethics and Compliance Model

Main Interfaces:

INTERNAL:

  • Contract Management team members
  • Facilities Department team members

EXTERNAL:

  • Provider of Business Travel Services

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing demands
  • Strong integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable mindset

40 hours per week

Pay Rate – £16.79

Job Purpose To perform roles and duties as agreed with Customer. To project a positive image of the company. To assist with administration duties.

Main Accountabilities To perform all duties as laid down in the Assignment Instructions. – To control access / exiting of the premises ensuring the signing in procedure is implemented – Wearing correct uniform supplied by Premier Support Services only and conducting yourself in a professional manner.
