A local company is in need of an HR professional responsible for posting jobs online and interviewing candidates to assess skill level and cultural fit.
Other job duties would require setting up the new hire in HRIS, keeping track of LOA and PTO balances, audit employee data, processing weekly payroll, process I-9 forms, and filing.
Experience Level:
4 years of recruiting experience
4 years of HR administrative experience
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Paychex, ADP, BambooHR or similar.
Full-Time Role w/Benefits
