Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remodeling Contractor to lead and execute a wide range of renovation and remodeling projects. In this role, you will oversee the entire remodeling process, from initial planning to finishing touches. Your expertise will ensure that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. Duties
- Coordinate all phases of remodeling projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Operate or oversee the use of power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively on-site.
- Ensure proper installation of fixtures such as cabinets, doors, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, stucco finishes, caulking applications, and hardscape features.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and inspection procedures.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques relevant to remodeling work.
- Experience in carpentry—including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, door hanging—and related trades such as roofing, masonry, plastering, tile laying, flooring installation, concrete finishing, welding, glass installation, cabinet installation or restoration work.
- Knowledge of construction practices combined with excellent organizational skills.
- Certifications or experience in construction inspection or safety standards are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades effectively on-site.
Pay: $28.26 – $34.03 per hour
