Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused Reward Manager to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a best-in-class reward offering that directly supports business performance and decision-making at the highest levels.
You’ll work at the heart of Reward, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and influencing key strategic initiatives. From driving the annual reward cycle to innovating how we use data and AI, this is a role with real impact and visibility across the organisation.
About the team

The role
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will operate across the full Reward lifecycle, taking ownership of key programmes and delivering meaningful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of year-end regulatory disclosures and reporting, ensuring full compliance
- Support the preparation of high-quality Remuneration Committee papers
- Play a central role in the annual bonus and pay review cycle, partnering with stakeholders to ensure a robust and fair process
- Act as a subject matter expert on bonus deferrals and long-term incentive plans (LTIPs)
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Reward Strategy, aligning with business goals and culture
- Own and deliver end-to-end Reward programmes and projects
- Provide expert advice to the business on job architecture, benchmarking, benefits, and job evaluation
- Enhance the profile and impact of the Reward function through strong communication and relationship-building
- Drive innovation in Reward, including the application of data, analytics, and AI to improve effectiveness
About you
You’ll be an experienced Reward professional who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Proven experience in Reward, with a strong compensation background within a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of reward frameworks, regulatory requirements, and market practices
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels
- Excellent organisational and project management capability
- High levels of integrity and discretion
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with energy and pace
- Experience in pay benchmarking, salary surveys, and pay equity analysis
