Role Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Bank to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering person-centered care, managing clinical duties, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
- Administer medication and treatments safely and in line with NMC guidelines.
- Monitor residents’ health, record observations, and report any concerns promptly.
- Lead and support the night care team, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, families, and management to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting is preferred.
- Excellent clinical skills, including medication management and wound care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently during night shifts.
Pay: £21.80 per hour
