Sales Assistant: Full-Time Hours, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Permanent with an initial 6 months’ probation period
Location: Accommodation House, 56 Bouverie Street, Chester, CH1 4HE
Salary: £25,000 plus benefits

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Conduct viewing for properties.
– Complete administrative tasks.
– Maintain a diary system.
– Respond to enquiries via, email, phone call, walk ins, and advertising platforms.
– Greet and assist tenants, customer, landlords, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
– Sales progression – following up on enquiries.
– Marketing and listing properties – assisting with room dressing, photographing & 3D Touring properties, managing online listings, and updating property details.
– Assist the marketing team with social media platforms.
– Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
– Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided.
– Completing a related degree or graduate.
– Apply attention to detail in tasks you are undertaking
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Knowledge of property law and legislation is preferred but not essential as training is provided.
– A full clean driving licence
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
– Pro-active attitude with a focus on achieving sales results.
