Now Hiring: Screen Printer (Experienced Preferred)
Advantage Emblem & Screen Printing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our team. You’ll work in a modern, well-lit, clean, and safe production environment within a fast-paced screen printing department.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime available during peak seasons

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain both automatic and manual screen printing presses
- Set up jobs, including screens, inks, squeegees, and substrates
- Mix and match inks to meet color specifications
- Align and register screens for accurate prints
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
- Clean screens, tools, and work areas before and after production runs
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
- Maintain proper ink inventory and report supply needs
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
- Previous screen printing experience preferred
- Familiarity with both automatic and manual presses is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and team mindset
- Willingness to learn and be trained
