- 30 – 40 hours per week
- Schedule varies – must be available weekends

We’re seeking a dependable and hardworking Seasonal Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty and appearance of our resort property this Summer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and appreciates seeing the direct results of their work each day. As a Groundskeeper, you’ll help create a welcoming environment for guests and owners by keeping our grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained throughout the season.
Responsibilities
- Maintain resort grounds, landscaping, and outdoor common areas
- Mow, edge, weed, trim, mulch, and care for lawns and planting beds
- Prune trees, shrubs, and other landscaping features
- Remove trash, debris, and other hazards from the property
- Keep walkways and outdoor areas clean and presentable
- Assist with irrigation and sprinkler system upkeep as needed
- Support seasonal projects and light maintenance tasks
- Operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation required
