Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate methods and equipment, ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up recommendations
- Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and ongoing maintenance strategies
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in pest control is desirable, but training is available.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during outdoor work
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
- Willingness to learn about pest management techniques and safety protocols
- Basic familiarity with sales principles is a plus for promoting services and upselling solutions
