Job Description – Armed Graveyard Security Officer

We are a vastly experienced security company founded in 2008 that has built great relationships with the Portland-Metro clients as well as we are well-supported by the surrounding City and County law enforcement agencies.
We are a full-service security provider and primarily focus on our Armed services. This position is a Graves Shift Site position to service Site clients in the Portland area. Hours are primarily focused within the 6pm-6am time frame but we have some hours that can start earlier or end later, as the business needs arise.

Duties can include:
- Perform random foot patrols for site clients, addressing access control, transient activity, and safety/security issues.
- Present strong access control presence to facilities allowing staff and guests to feel safe/secure.
- Interface with employees, clients and public in the course of shift duties. Exhibiting customer service behaviors while remaining approachable during enforcement needs.
- Produce accurate and thorough activity reporting during every shift.
Minimum Requirements:
- CURRENT Oregon Armed/Unarmed DPSST Certification
- Personal duty equipment (firearm/ level 3 holster, body armor (level 2 or higher) duty belt, OC, handcuffs, flashlight, etc.)
- Must write legibly and have strong written/verbal/communication skills in English. Bilingual is a plus.
- Appearance standards are high (uniform & presentation), as well as personal grooming standards.
- Open Availability – Weekdays/Weekends/Graveyards/Holidays to work 40+ hours/wk.
- Personal Cell Phone and a personal car for reliable transportation
