We are seeking talented Hair Stylists to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering expert advice and personalised recommendations.
- Build Client Base: Actively work to develop and retain your own client base through excellent service and engagement.
- Service Delivery: Provide top-quality treatments and services within your area of expertise.
- Hair Extensions: If you specialise in hair extensions, offer personalised consultations and services to clients seeking extensions.
- Product Knowledge: Advise clients on suitable products to maintain and enhance their results at home. Full product training will be given.
- Customer Service: Ensure each client has a positive, professional, and enjoyable experience.
- Salon Maintenance: Contribute to keeping the salon environment clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and take advantage of training opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in your chosen beauty or hair discipline.
- Multi-skilled candidates are highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic and passion for the hair and beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A professional appearance and ability to deliver high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- A team-focused attitude.
- An existing client base is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in other hospitality roles (e.g., barista, bar settings) would be advantageous, but not required.
