About the role
This is a senior consulting role for someone who loves solving knotty growth and innovation problems and wants more ownership than a big firm typically gives you. You’ll lead client work across growth strategy, new propositions, business models and GTM, while working closely with the founders to help shape the consultancy as it grows.
About your background
- 6-8+ years in strategy and/or innovation consulting
- Comfortable leading workstreams, teams and senior client conversations
- Strong consulting toolkit across structured problem solving, market sizing, commercial analysis, storytelling and proposition development
- Low ego, sharp thinking, great communication and the appetite to help build a challenger firm
