Service Manager – Staffordshire Together for Carers

About the Role
As Service Manager, you will lead a high-performing, passionate team delivering person-centred support to carers of all ages across Staffordshire. You’ll drive service quality, performance, and innovation, ensuring carers receive the right support, at the right time, in the right way. You will:
- Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Oversee service delivery, outcomes and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with partners, commissioners and communities
- Champion innovation and co-production

About You
You’ll be an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred services. You’ll bring:
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Experience in health, social care, voluntary or carers services
- A track record of delivering outcomes and managing performance
- Excellent partnership and stakeholder engagement skills
- A values-driven, compassionate approach
