Role Overview
Seeking a skilled and high energy Service Specialist to perform a diverse wide range of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across all divisions, including Construction, Property Care which consists of residential and commercial properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and maintenance on facilities, small engines and equipment, also perform irrigations assistance along with pool maintenance, openings and winterizations, within a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, pools, facilities, and property systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Maintain and service pool equipment, including pumps, filters, controllers, and related systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Assist in troubleshooting irrigation systems, valves, controllers, and landscape-related equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment like pumps, filters, motors, and heaters.
- Detect and patch leaks in pool liners or plumbing.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used per job.
- Educate customers on basic preventative maintenance and address any concerns.
- Repair and maintain small engines, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment.
- Install, replace, and repair electrical components, lighting systems, outlets, and controls.
- Perform plumbing repairs, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory of parts and materials.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Assist landscape and maintenance teams with special projects as needed.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency maintenance situations.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Hands-on experience with industrial electrician tasks involving high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Familiarity with using precision measuring instruments like ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting complex machinery issues efficiently.
- Experience operating field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to working with high voltage electricity and industrial machinery.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English.
Pay: $27.00 – $37.00 per hour
