Service Technician – Access Control & Gate Automation Jobs in Broward County, FL at Royce Integrated Solutions
We are a 50+ year old security systems integrator specializing in gate automation, access control systems and CCTV. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual that has extensive knowledge within the security industry. You should be well versed in mechanical and low-voltage systems and have the ability to troubleshoot various access control equipment/manufactures.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing access control systems (phone entry systems, gate operators, card readers, door strikes, RFID antenna’s, cameras, etc.).
- Perform regular inspections of installed systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
- Answer questions and provide technical support to clients on the use of their access control system.
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in access control, low-voltage, gate operators or other related fields (Minimum of 5+ years).
- Computer networking and basic IP configuration.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Positive attitude.
- A strong IT background is preferred.
- Extremely detailed and organized
