What’s involved?

• Leading by example on every shift—setting the pace,energy,and standards for the team
• Managing daily shift operations including opening/closing the store,cash handling,and maintaining food safety standards
• Supporting the management team by ensuring stock levels,cleanliness,and team readiness are always on point
• Motivating and coaching team members to deliver fast,friendly,and flawless service
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with confidence and care
• Helping to train new team members and developing future leaders
• Monitoring performance and assisting in delivering on sales and service goals
• Living the Dave’s spirit—YOLO!
