We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations during assigned shifts. The Shift Supervisor ensures smooth service, supports team members, and maintains high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role acts as the on-shift leader and point of contact between staff and management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and quick resolution of guest concerns
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance throughout the shift
- Open and close the business according to procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
- Handle cash management, POS operations, and basic reporting
- Train and support new team members as needed
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Communicate operational issues to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Basic cash handling and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Restaurant or retail experience
- Experience training or managing team members
- Strong customer service background
Pay: $22.94 – $27.62 per hour
