Due to continued business growth, R H Irving Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced Working Supervisor to join our site team in Carlisle.
This is a hands‑on role combining on‑site supervision with active involvement in housing site plotworks, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience supervising site teams
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Ability to lead by example on site
- SMSTS/SSSTS and valid CSCS card preferred
