Job Overview:

Manage end-to-end operations for major social media platforms across the UK market. You will independently develop video concepts, conduct video editing, and produce social media copy and visual assets to boost local brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall brand influence.

Key Responsibilities:

Run daily operations of social media accounts, create content calendars, and ensure regular posting across all platforms.

Develop creative concepts for short videos and complete full editing and post-production to deliver content tailored to platform styles and local audience preferences.

Write authentic social media copy and design posters and graphics in line with unified brand tone and guidelines.

Monitor account metrics, comments, and interactions, respond to user enquiries promptly, and maintain a positive brand community.

Keep up with UK social media trends and industry updates, and continuously refine content plans and operational strategies.

Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to deliver online campaigns and drive brand communication in the local market.

Requirements:

Possess excellent command of authentic English. You have resided and developed your career in the UK long-term, with in-depth knowledge of local online culture and social media landscape, plus established professional networks. You hold full eligibility to work full-time in the UK.

Bachelor’s degree or above. Degrees in Media, New Media, Marketing, Film & Design or related fields are preferred. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience independently managing overseas social media accounts.

Proficient in video editing and graphic design tools, capable of completing the full production process for videos and graphics independently.

Highly creative with a strong aesthetic sense and solid execution skills. Able to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.

Data-driven mindset, able to analyse performance results and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Familiar with the rules and user behaviours of major UK social platforms. Experience in social media operations for consumer electronics or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
