Earnings start at £17 per hour including service charge and depending on experience with an additional £0.25/hour of service charge after 6 months in the role.
Frederic Brugues, our Wine Director was awarded the "Legend" award by Top 100 Sommeliers in 2025 and recently won the AA Best Wine list UK for his wine selection at Sketch.
Working hours are around 40 to 45 per week.
What does the Sommelier do:
Our Gallery Restaurant Sommelier team works during afternoon tea and/or dinner to provide a knowledgeable wine service to all our guests in the 3 Rosettes Restaurant.
The Junior Sommelier will be supporting the rest of the team in the preparation and delivery of service of Wines, while elevating their knowledge of wine and wine lists.
Possibility to transfer to the 3 Michelin Star Restaurant for our team members in the future.
