Senior Chef de Partie – Rosette awarded hotel | 4-Day Week | Norfolk Coast

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our talented team within our family-run group of hotels on the stunning Norfolk Coast – an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. this position offers a 4-day working week (approx. 48 hours), mostly straight shifts, and paid overtime during busy periods, giving you the chance to enjoy both your career and time outside of work. Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to uphold food safety standards.
- Support team members in various culinary duties, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor food production processes and assist in supervising kitchen staff as needed.
- Ensure high-quality presentation of dishes and adherence to restaurant standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety
- Background in hospitality and kitchen environments
- Leadership abilities with a preference for supervisory experience
- Familiarity with food production and team management
- Relevant restaurant experience and serving skills
Pay: £34,000.00 per year
