Job Summary
Steeplechase Horse facility located closed to Cockeysville MD
Immediate Opening
Looking for a full time stable person who has equine care experience with Thoroughbreds. Experience with Thoroughbred RACE horses preferred.
The full time position consists of up to 40 hours per week and includes weekday and weekend hours. Standard shift hours are 6am to 12 noon 6 days a week. Scheduling flexibility is a plus. Compensation will be based on experience. Paid time off after one year of employment.
Person must be reliable and able to work independently and is a team oriented person.
Responsibilities
- Turning out and bringing in the horses
- Feeding
- Cleaning stalls
- Keep stable tidy and organized
- General grooming of the horses
Pay: $17.50 – $22.00 per hour
