Steel Workers 5am – 1pm Jobs in Masury, OH at L&M Processing, LLC
We are looking for experienced members who have been around steel coils in the past. We can train on the positions we have open as far as slitter operator, slitter helper, crane operator, general helper, etc but being in an industrial environment is important for past experience. We work with steel coils, whether it be Stainless, Aluminum, Titanium or regular Carbon Steel. The material starts in coil form and then is processed into either sheets or into smaller coils.
Here are a few things we are looking for an employee to have in their skill set :
– Arrive on time and work your entire scheduled shift
– We require steel toed boots, long sleeves, long pants and safety glasses. We provide uniforms after 90 days and offer a boot allowance once a year.
– Be able to drive to work without being dropped off (drivers license, reliable transportation)
– Read a tape measure down to the 16ths.
– If you have experience with reading micrometers and calipers that is a bonus
– Show initiative, stay busy but productive
– Attention to detail
– Drive a forklift would be a bonus as well
– Be willing to work overtime
– Hours fluctuate slightly depending on work load but we always offer overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
