We’re looking for a Bar & Floor Supervisor to join the team at The Whitehouse.
A stylish cocktail bar and kitchen, The Whitehouse is all about excellent service, an inviting atmosphere, and delivering classy cocktails alongside creative, well-executed dishes. Every detail matters — from the welcome to the last drink.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone confident running shifts, leading a team, and working across both the bar and floor.
The Role
- Running shifts and supporting the day-to-day operation
- Leading from the front during service — bar and floor
- Delivering attentive, friendly, and professional service
- Working confidently with the cocktail and wine offering
- Supporting the bar, including preparing drinks
- Maintaining high standards across service, presentation, and atmosphere
- Handling customer feedback and keeping service running smoothly
- Supporting and guiding the team on shift
What We’re Looking For
- Experience running shifts in a busy, fast-paced venue
- Confident behind the bar, with cocktail and wine knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high standards
- A natural leader who supports and motivates the team
- Positive, reliable, and professional
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
