What You’ll Do:
As the Canvass Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team of canvassers. Your goal? Inspire, train, and lead your team to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
You’ll set the tone by leading from the front — coaching in the field, managing logistics, and consistently generating leads yourself to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train canvassers
- Coach reps in the field to improve set rates and quality
- Track individual and team performance metrics
- Enforce company standards, schedules, and compliance
- Motivate the team through incentives and accountability
- Coordinate with Canvass Manager
- Ensure neighborhoods are worked professionally and effectively
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in canvassing, door-to-door, or field marketing required
- Previous leadership or team-lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Organized, dependable, and results-driven
- Comfortable working outdoors and in the field daily
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
