Position Overview
High Brow Boutique is seeking a talented and experienced Threading & Lash Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about beauty, thrives on building client relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will specialize in facial threading services while also providing lash extensions and other brow and lash enhancement services.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, professional, and committed to creating an elevated experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
Threading Services
- Perform eyebrow threading and facial threading services with precision and consistency
- Create customized brow shapes based on facial structure, client preferences, and desired outcomes
- Conduct thorough consultations and provide personalized recommendations
- Educate guests on brow maintenance and aftercare
Lash & Brow Enhancement Services
- Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension services
- Complete lash extension fills and maintenance appointments
- Perform lash lifts and tinting services
- Perform brow laminations and brow tinting services
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and service quality
Guest Experience
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from consultation through checkout
- Build lasting client relationships through trust, communication, and consistent results
- Maintain accurate client records and service notes
- Support guest retention through rebooking and ongoing client care
Retail & Client Education
- Educate guests on products that support and maintain service results
- Recommend home-care products based on individual guest needs
- Support retail and rebooking goals through authentic client education
Team Contribution
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and team meetings
- Support company initiatives, promotions, and events
- Maintain treatment rooms and workspaces according to company standards
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Previous professional threading experience required
- Lash extension experience preferred
- Experience with lash lifts, brow laminations, and tinting services preferred
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Passion for beauty, guest care, and continued professional development
Pay: $20.00 – $100.00 per hour
