Trainee Estate Agent Jobs in Luton at Click That Property
Click That Property has an opportunity for a Trainee Letting Agent to join our team. We require an ambitious individual to join our team in our Luton town centre office.
Duties to include:
- Responding to calls and emails from applicants about properties
- Advertise properties for rent on our website, portals like Zoopla and social media.
- Book property viewing, inspections and maintenance works.
- Complete rental applications, referencing tenants, keeping landlords and tenants up to date.
- Logging and completing maintenance issues on our CRM.
- Passing maintenance jobs to our in house contractors and tradespeople.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet the team targets.
- Build relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
- Carry out property viewings and inspections after initial training period.
Requirements:
– Strong administration and organisational skills to manage multiple clients and properties
– Ability to multitask, being versatile.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Sales and/or customer service experience
– Negotiation and influencing skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner.
– Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
– Ambitious and a real desire to succeed in the property industry.
– Full Driving Licence is preferred.
– Mon to Fri 9.30am to 6.00pm
– x1 Saturday a month 9.30-4pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
