Up to £22k-£26k
* Market-Leading Commission:
Expected earnings of £35k in Year 1, £55k in Year 2, and £80k in Year 3.

Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Energy Division:
* Talent Sourcing:
Identify and engage top-tier candidates for contract positions in the UK using innovative sourcing techniques.
* Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
* Market Expertise:
Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the division to provide expert advice to both candidates and clients.
