Tramping Driver – C+E Licence Jobs in Blyth at DUKE Distribution Ltd
Full-time | Monday to Friday
DUKE Distribution has a full-time opportunity for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) driver to carry out nationwide tramping work.
The position offers consistent weekday work, operating a modern fleet across a varied workload. Drivers can expect to use curtain siders, flatbeds and step frame trailers depending on customer requirements. Weekend work is available for those who would like additional hours but is entirely optional.

Pay
- £14.50–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- £21.00 per hour for weekend shifts
- £30 night out allowance
- Weekly compliance bonus
- Damage reduction bonus
- Additional payments for step frame and Moffett work
- 28 days’ paid holiday, increasing with length of service
Essential Requirements
- Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Driver CPC qualification
- Digital tachograph card
- Willing to work away during the week
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
Moffett or IPAF qualifications are advantageous but not required. Training may be available for suitable applicants.

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
