Duties
- Respond promptly to service requests ensuring efficient mitigation and cleanup.
- Use hand and power tools to extract water, remove damaged materials, and prepare sites for restoration.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, surface cleaning, and debris removal to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Document job progress through detailed reports and photographs, maintaining accurate records of all mitigation activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
- Support the setup and breakdown of equipment at job sites, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- IICRC WRT Certification a plus
- Experience Preferred but not Required
- Ability to Perform Demolition/Cleaning
- Ability to Carry Equipment and Setup up on Job Sites
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
- Ability to Rotate After Hours/Weekend Shifts
- Positive Attitude
- Willingness to Learn
