🚀 Culture Guru is recruiting an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a highly respected Managing Director, with additional support to a Finance Director, within a fast-paced, design-led property business operating across London.
🎯 This is a high-trust, high-impact role where you will operate at the centre of leadership, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to a business that moves quickly and lives in the detail.
You’ll be a true right-hand partner – not just managing diaries, but actively driving communication, capturing actions and keeping the business moving in real time.
🧠 You’ll work closely with two senior leaders with complementary focus areas:
- The Managing Director is deeply involved in everything – projects, people and decisions – and values clarity, honesty and someone who can think alongside him
- The Finance Director is measured and commercially focused, requiring organised, aligned support
Your focus will sit predominantly with the MD (approx. 85%), with additional coordination and support to the FD (approx. 15%).
📬 You’ll bring control, visibility and momentum:
Owning a fast-moving diary and inbox, acting as a central communication hub, and often working in real time – capturing actions, drafting follow-ups and ensuring nothing gets lost.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a reactive environment, where no two days look the same, and priorities shift quickly.
🤓 What you’ll be responsible for:
- Running a complex, ever-changing diary for the Managing Director, with coordination support for the Finance Director
- Owning inbox management, drafting responses and managing communication flow
- Acting as a “live narrator” – capturing actions from meetings and calls and driving them forward
- Preparing high-quality presentations, briefing packs and documents
- Ensuring both leaders are fully prepared for meetings and key decisions
- Coordinating leadership and board meetings, including early starts when required
- Leading on internal communications, including a weekly company-wide update
- Confidently chasing teams for updates, progress and positive news
- Supporting the delivery of large-scale company events (including charity and team events)
- Organising internal workshops, meetings and business updates
- Managing expenses, company card reconciliation and administrative processes
- Acting as a central coordination point between leadership, teams and stakeholders
- Building strong relationships across the business – knowing what’s happening before being asked
😍 This role will suit someone who:
- Has strong experience supporting senior leadership (MD / Director level)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, reactive and ever-changing environment
- Is confident, proactive and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Is highly organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure
- Communicates clearly, directly and isn’t afraid to ask questions
- Is comfortable managing expectations and pushing back when needed
- Enjoys being at the centre of a business and “in the know”
- Takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality work
- Is personable, warm and builds strong relationships easily
- Is flexible and understands that early starts come with senior-level support roles
- Has excellent Microsoft Office skills
🔥 If you’re an EA who wants to be more than support – to be embedded, trusted and genuinely impactful – this is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in how the business operates day-to-day.
