We’re Looking For A Boxing Coach in Kent
Do you love Boxing? Do you enjoy inspiring young people? We’re looking for passionate and motivated staff to join the Sport On Your Doorstep team.
We are based in Gravesend but the role will be working across our East Kent sessions, in Ashford, Canterbury and Deal.
The Role
As a Boxing Coach, you’ll be delivering fun, safe and inclusive sessions for children and young people.
This isn’t just about coaching—it’s about being a positive role model, building relationships, and supporting young people to grow in confidence, resilience and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Qualified Boxing Coach
✅ Experience in leading sports or youth sessions
✅ Able to engage young people in a fun, positive way
✅ A full UK driving licence (essential due to equipment and travelling to various venues venues across Kent)
✅ A passion for helping young people be active, healthy and confident
(First aid, safeguarding and other coaching/youth work qualifications are desirable – but we can support the right person with training).
Hours & Pay
This role will be on a SELF EMPLOYED basis.
Tuesday – 1:30-2:30pm Ashford
Wednesday – 12-1pm and 1:30-2:30pm Deal 3-4pm Canterbury
Thursday 1:30-2:30pm Canterbury
Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and qualifications (£10–£20 per hour).
There will be potential for more hours for the right person.
