Job Overview
As a shift supervisor, you will support the store manager by being on the front line with the team ensuring everything runs like clockwork, making sure the team are ready for the shift and our customers are kept happy. We need your passion to help us grow our business.
The perfect candidate will be ready to hit the ground running with a background in the hospitality industry, a positive can-do attitude, excellent decision-making skills, and the energy needed to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
· Motivating the team to deliver great product and customer service
· Create a fun working environment for you and your fellow team members
· Stay confident in a fast-paced working environment
· Oversee cleanliness and maintain high company standards in health and safety practices
· Train, motivate and mentor the team
· Carry out basic administrative duties that apply to supervising a team
· Support the store manager
Skills & Qualifications
· Passion and knowledge of the hospitality sector
· Self-motivated and inspiring
· Be available flexibly during operational hours (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
· Basic IT Literacy
· At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality sector in a management position
Work environment
You will be operating our flagship store located in the heart of Leicester city centre, working with a team of part time and full-time team members in a fun filled environment focused on customer service and product quality at all times.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
