Duties
- Perform roofing installation, repair, and maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials to ensure weatherproofing and structural integrity.
- Assist with construction estimating by measuring materials and assessing project scope for accurate planning.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
- Conduct site inspections to evaluate existing conditions, identify issues such as leaks or damage, and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilize fabrication skills for metal stud framing, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry work, tile laying, and other exterior finishing tasks.
- Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on construction sites.
- Support restoration projects involving concrete forming, welding, plumbing integration, or masonry work to restore or enhance building exteriors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on roofing or exterior services.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
- Knowledge of roofing systems along with related skills such as caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry, welding, tile laying, and metal stud framing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and site safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to quality workmanship.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
